Making a Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on the items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment (excluding Amex). If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom your credit card company will convert the transaction amount to your own currency at the exchange rate ruling at the time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Delta.  Protx, our payment authorization partner will charge your card at the point of placing your order. If your order is incorrect, or we decline to accept it, or for any reason you change your mind, we will process a refund normally within 7 days. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or post if you prefer.

Placing a product on our website does not constitute an offer to supply. No contract is formed until your order is accepted. We may decline to accept any order without stating a reason. E&OE.

Shipping And Handling:

We aim to dispatch all items in stock the next working day after we receive your order. We will send it by the most appropriate means depending on the size, weight, urgency and destination.
Delivery Schedule: You should normally receive your order within 7 business days. Delivery times for International orders vary according to the shipping method. Please contact us for more information.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges:

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security:

For your security and peace of mind we use a leading online authorisation service called Protx. Your card details are securely encrypted and never held in plain text format.

Guarantee:

We guarantee your satisfaction. If we make a mistake or a product we send doesn't meet your expectation, please contact us by email or by phoning 0870 068 0688 so we can put things right.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Greens Water Systems do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We do not send random marketing emails (spam).

Returns Policy:

If you need to return an item because it arrived damaged or is faulty in use, please contact us so we can send a replacement straight away.
If you have a technical problem with fitting a system or a component, please contact us before returning anything, so we can determine the exact issue and arrange to send you any additional or replacement parts as required.
If you need to return something because you've ordered the wrong item, or because we sent you a different item than the one you ordered, again please contact us.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
