Full time Water Softener Installation and Service Engineer (January 2025)
Greens Water Systems are a local business established over 30 years and recognised as the leading independent distributors and installers of water softeners and drinking water systems across the East Midlands and Humber regions.
We have an excellent opportunity for a professional and experienced plumber to join our team as an installation and service engineer, within the water softening sector, based from our Lincoln headquarters.
Full water softener service training will be provided, and so therefore we welcome applications from individuals outside the water softener sector. High quality plumbing experience, general trade skills and attention to detail is however essential, as is the need to have utmost respect for our customers and their homes. When representing our business it’s vital we uphold the high standards and values for which we’re known, both in technical competency and customer interaction.
This can be a progressive role for the person who seeks a career that offers the opportunity for growth with ongoing training and development, with potential to expand the role into commercial installations and private water supply treatment (wells and boreholes etc).
We are leaders in our field, and along with our industry colleagues, set the standard for installation and servicing. You do not need to come from within our industry, as full training will be provided, however, an NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification is required, along with proven plumbing experience.
A full driving licence is required.
Working within our close team, you will visit domestic and commercial customers across the East Midlands and Humber regions and will be responsible for the installation and changeover of water softeners, and servicing, plus filter changes and some salt deliveries.

Starting salary dependent on experience.
